WHAT YOU’RE GETTING YOURSELF INTO

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the glue of the team, being the go-to person for clients and ensuring that projects are running smoothly. You’ll be analyzing performance to ensure that the team is reaching the agreed KPIs and aligning with the client about the performance. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients that will allow you to grow your skills as an Account Manager.

This is a fully remote contractor position if you’re based outside of Germany.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Achieve seamless client communication through regular calls and updates, and keep the lines of communication open through Slack and WhatsApp
  • Foster effective collaboration by leading internal team meetings focused on account progress
  • Ensure there is strategic alignment between clients and the team to optimize marketing strategies
  • Achieve improvements in performance by conducting a thorough analysis of KPIs and creating reports on the necessary metrics
  • Facilitate successful onboarding calls to set the stage for strong client relationships
  • Support the team by interpreting client objectives & feedback and planning the work inside the project management tool
  • Proactively identify when projects are at risk and develop strategies to mitigate them, and implement corrective actions when needed
  • Improve team performance by providing guidance and coordinating work with team members, and having regular feedback sessions to help upskill them

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have at least 2-3 years of experience working as an Account Manager or in similar roles that were the main point of contact for clients
  • You have experience working with a digital marketing agency and have a good understanding of marketing metrics
  • You possess exceptional attention to detail and consistently follow processes with accuracy
  • You have extremely good analytical skills that will help you parse data & information and make sense of it when creating any reports
  • You have experience with Project Management tools such as Asana or ClickUp
  • You are a goal-oriented person and know very well how to organize your time and work to succeed in your projects
  • You are fluent in English communication skills – both written and verbal
  • (Nice to have) You can speak & write in German
