Jumping into this fast-growing team of 20, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the performance of eCommerce clients and creating strategies to continuously grow them. The agency doesn’t just focus on media buying – they know it’s just one part of the puzzle. You’ll have the opportunity to work with strategies for growth across CRO and creatives to scale the brands you work with. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity. If you are based outside of the UK, this role will be as a contractor.

  • Conducting daily analyses of client performance, ensuring adjustments with media buyers are aligned with achieving key performance indicators and overall growth objectives
  • Collaborating with the media  buying team to manage ad budgets efficiently, ensuring monthly financial plans are followed for optimal budget allocation and maximized return on investment
  • Acting as the primary contact for clients, providing clear explanations of results, ensuring mutual understanding of briefs, addressing potential inquiries proactively, and streamlining reports for clarity and comprehension
  • Converting client briefs and targets into clear, actionable plans for internal teams, ensuring expectations are communicated effectively
  • Creating and implementing detailed roadmaps in partnership with the Account Director and cross-functional teams such as CRO & Creatives, guiding clients towards their objectives with a focus on delivering each roadmap milestone on time
  • Overseeing the briefing process and managing the execution of projects and campaigns to completion on schedule, ensuring all client requirements are met
  • Coordinating the team to deliver regular, comprehensive performance updates, client sync documents, and detailed reports on campaign outcomes and test results, ensuring clients are kept informed with timely and insightful updates


  • You have a minimum of 5 years experience either in-house or at an agency, specifically working with e-commerce brands and have gained a comprehensive understanding of the full customer journey
  • You possess a solid understanding of advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google. While you will work with platform specialists, it’s crucial that you grasp each platforms key performance metrics and the strategies to enhance results
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • You are adept at navigating core advertising platforms and can pinpoint key data points within Google Ads, Meta, and GA4 effortlessly
  • You have experience with analytical tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and ideally, Supermetrics, which are instrumental in our data-driven approach
  • You are familiar with Asana and Notion for project management. Previous experience with these tools will be considered a valuable asset in streamlining our project workflows
