FP&A Analyst

Join Prospa as an FP&A Analyst to shape commercial decisions across the business, partner with leaders to turn insight into action, and support growth. Analyze departmental performance, prepare financial reports, and budget and forecast financial performance. A hands-on role where you’ll influence outcomes, support growth, and help teams understand the numbers behind their decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience in working with department leaders or similar role.
  • Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial software, including ERP systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Previous experience using Anaplan is desirable.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
