Revenue Operations Specialist at Protecht
We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Analyst to join us at Protecht. This role is based in Sydney and is a role that you can really make your own!
As our new Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the go-to-market ecosystem by fine tuning sales process, driving operational excellence, and driving data strategic vision across the organisation. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Revenue, this role involves delivering superior analytic insights, exceptional reporting, and strong commercial mindset.
This role will suit those who are a skilled and seasoned revenue operations professional keen to scale our go-to-market strategy, as well as demonstrated experience in SaaS sales cycles and a passion for data, revenue, and operational efficiency.
You will come with deep understanding of the sales or revenue sales operations environment and strong excel and a thirst for data. You are a master organiser with a flair for sales operations, strong written skills, knowledge of SaaS platforms and enthusiastic for data management and creativity.

You will be a great fit if:
- You are skilled at revenue sales operations and already earned your stripes (3+ plus years’ experience would be great)
- You are a self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment but want to have fun and a laugh too!
- Can you juggle? Some days you will move from task to task. You will be completing reporting, revenue planning, data analysis and so much more!
- Demonstrated experience working with CRM, data visualisation tools and come with advanced Excel skills
- You come with experience in sales operations. We need your help to provide support to the sales team and so much more!
- You devour competitive research and potential openings and recommend opportunities on customer engagement and regularly undertake market research to establish market trends, customer needs and attitudes
- You are great with systems and will use multiple systems to execute your daily tasks
- You are an innovative and strategic sales analyst with both digital and traditional skills as well as experience in SaaS technologies, including sales CRM
- You come with experience in managing large scale domestic and international campaigns.
- Partnering and coordinating with various parts of the business when required as well as maintaining strong relationships across the sales teams
