We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to manage sales operations, develop and administer HubSpot, and optimize scalable workflows and sales stages. The role involves close cooperation with marketing, IT, and finance teams to ensure a clean tool landscape. As a sales operations manager, you will work directly under our CRO and ensure that our sales organization works excellently through data quality, scalability, and transparency.
Requirements
- Master of HubSpot on an admin level
- Several years of experience in sales ops, revops, or CRM management
- Deep understanding of data-driven sales processes
- Ability to translate numbers into concrete strategies
- Fluent German and English
