Requirements
- HubSpot experience at system owner/system admin level
- Several years of professional experience in sales operations, CRM, revenue operations, or comparable areas
- Good understanding of sales processes and their data-driven steering
- High demand for data quality, structure, and traceability
- Ability to interpret numbers, not just present them
- Good self-organization, documentation skills, and structured work
- Clear, direct, and transparent communication
- Very good German and English language skills
