We are seeking a Senior/Manager to join our Customer Experience & Service Excellence team at the Health Promotion Board. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving CX strategy implementation, building CX capabilities, and measuring CX performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer experience, service design, or related fields.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in customer experience, service design, project management or related fields
- Experience in customer data management and analysis, Voice of Customer / survey management systems, and data visualisation tools is an added advantage
- Prior experience applying customer experience or service design frameworks and methodologies in real-world settings
