Role Overview
AutoAlert’s CXM Account Manager is responsible for the proactive management, retention, and growth of an assigned portfolio of dealership partners. This role serves as the primary post-launch point of contact or dealer leadership and end users, driving adoption, utilization, and accountability across AutoAlert platforms.
What You Will Do
Assume lead point of contact for assigned dealerships, build and maintain strong relationships with dealership stakeholders, manage dealership retention, monitor dealership metrics, and provide consultative support to improve adoption and execution.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of automotive, account management, customer success, or related client-facing experience, with strong consultative communication skills and ability to influence action and hold customers accountable.
Requirements
- 5+ years of automotive, account management, customer success, dealership operations, or related client-facing experience
- Automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
- Prior experience in account management, customer retention, training, or dealership relationship management preferred
- Experience with CRM systems, lead management workflows, and dealership process improvement preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
