This role focuses on optimizing ad spend and funnel architecture, driving conversions, and scaling paid traffic through Facebook/Instagram, Google, and TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will be a growth marketer who can run effective multi-channel campaigns and perform A/B testing.
Requirements
- Expert in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok)
- 2–5+ years of hands-on media buying with proven results
- Experience managing 6–7 figure budgets with measurable growth outcomes
- Direct Response Copywriting + CRO Mastery
- Experience building landing pages, VSL funnels, and lead gen flows
- Strategic + Tactical mindset
- Self-starter with high standards
- Timezone: Must be available to work in Pacific Time (PST) hours
