Role Overview: We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth, build strong pipelines, and elevate our brand presence. This role blends leadership, strategy, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive overall sales and marketing strategy
  • Build, manage, and mentor the sales team
  • Develop lead-generation systems and conversion processes
  • Oversee marketing efforts including digital, social, email, and brand messaging
  • Align sales and marketing goals with company growth targets
  • Track performance, report results, and optimize strategies
  • Work closely with leadership on pricing, positioning, and partnerships

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading sales and marketing teams
  • Strong background in B2B sales (trade shows, events, or related industries is a big plus)
  • Ability to think strategically and execute practically
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong follow-through
