Customer Success Manager for Resi Media, LLC, responsible for building and fostering relationships with customers, driving retention and renewal rates, and increasing business through upselling and adoption of Resi platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or additional equivalent years of experience
- Proven track record with quota/target attainment
- Ability to build relationships with large account sets
- Managed 100+ accounts in prior roles
