We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining operational reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs) that span our manufacturing operations and government-contracting environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting and dashboard development—preferably in a manufacturing, operations or defense-contracting environment.
- Proven hands-on experience with Cognos and Power BI (designing dashboards, setting up KPIs, slicing/dicing data, building interactive visualizations).
