The Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics — GTM Functions Role
This is a chance to shape how decisions get made across Qlik’s go-to-market organization. In this role, you’ll turn data into direction — helping Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to focus next. You’ll lead the strategy, development, and delivery of business intelligence and insights that directly influence customer acquisition, growth, and retention. What makes this role interesting?
This role puts you at the intersection of data, strategy, and revenue. You’ll:
- Build full-funnel visibility across Marketing → Sales → Customer Success — giving the business clarity on how revenue really happens.
- Work closely with senior leaders to shape GTM plans, forecasting assumptions, and pipeline strategy.
- Lead the creation of BI dashboards and models that simplify complexity and empower people to act with confidence.
- Be seen as a key partner, not just a data resource — your recommendations will influence how teams invest their time, budget, and energy.
- Help solve meaningful challenges, from optimizing campaign performance to improving renewal health and unlocking upsell opportunities.

Here’s How You’ll Be Making An Impact
You’ll play a central role in driving clarity, alignment, and performance across our GTM teams by:
- Creating standardized definitions and metrics that bring consistency across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
- Delivering insights that improve pipeline velocity, forecasting accuracy, customer retention, and revenue growth.
- Building BI solutions that make data accessible and actionable — not just accurate.
- Helping leaders understand why trends are happening, not just what the trends are.
- Influencing strategies related to territory design, quotas, campaign segmentation, and customer lifecycle management.
Your work will help teams prioritize smarter, respond faster, and operate with greater confidence — accelerating outcomes across the entire customer journey.
We’re Looking For a Teammate With
- Experience working in BI, GTM Analytics, Revenue Operations, or FP&A within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, BI tools (ideally Qlik), and data modeling in cloud environments such as Snowflake.
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (such as Marketo).
- A strong grasp of SaaS metrics such as ARR/MRR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and payback.
- The ability to translate data into clear stories and business recommendations.
- A collaborative approach, with comfort working across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
- Curiosity, thoughtful problem-solving, and a desire to be a strategic partner — not just a report builder.
