In this crucial role, you will be the backbone of our sales efforts, providing essential support to the sales team and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Operations & Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes and the satisfaction of our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Support Powerhouse: Generating accurate and timely sales quotes and meticulously maintaining our Pipedrive CRM system to keep everything organized.
  • Customer Champion: Professionally and efficiently handling incoming phone calls and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries about order fulfillment, providing timely updates, and proactively resolving any issues.
  • Logistics Guru: Seamlessly managing tracking information, coordinating logistics arrangements, and expertly handling escalations and RMAs (Returns Merchandise Authorizations).
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Anticipating potential challenges, effectively prioritizing tasks, and proactively identifying solutions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Order Management Expert: Processing all customer orders with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
  • Data Integrity Guardian: Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of customer and distributor data within Pipedrive, acting upon exception reports to ensure data quality.
  • Project Contributor: Taking ownership of assigned project tasks and assignments from sales management, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Professional Communication Skills: Excellent phone etiquette and a clear, professional written communication style.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Proven ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize workload, and maintain composure under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine dedication to providing excellent customer service with quick, helpful, and professional responses.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace. Experience with Pipedrive or other CRM systems is highly preferred.
  • Proactive and Resourceful Approach: A “hands-on” mentality with the initiative to identify and solve problems independently and as part of a team.
  • Team Player Mentality: A highly motivated individual with a strong initiative and a desire to contribute to the team’s achievements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
