Senior Data Scientist – GTM Analytics

Qualtrics is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join the GTM Planning & Insights team. This role will focus on identifying growth opportunities, solving complex problems, and improving sales and field performance through data-driven insights. It involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and ownership of key analytics projects.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience owning analytics projects
• Proven skills working with large datasets and applying complex analytical methods
• Proficiency in SQL and Python programming
• Experience using data visualization tools, ideally Tableau
• Cross-functional exposure to marketing, performance management, FP&A, or sales ops is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Degree from a top-tier university in a quantitative or systems-focused discipline
