Quantcast is seeking a Head of Sales Ops to lead the systems, processes, analytics, and planning that power our global Sales organization. This role is responsible for building a scalable, data-driven operating engine across Sales, SDR, Account Management, and Partnerships—enabling predictable growth and disciplined execution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Strategy
- 8+ years leading teams in high-growth B2B SaaS, AdTech, or Martech companies
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and revenue systems
- Strong experience in forecasting and pipeline management
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in performance advertising, media platforms, or programmatic ecosystems
- Background working with global, multi-region sales organizations
- MBA or equivalent business training
