Sales Operations Administrator – FMCG

The role

Our FMCG Consulting team works with suppliers to help them understand their products at an unparallelled level by performing an in-depth analysis of category, brand and product performance through our world-class insights tool, Q.Checkout.

As we continue to sign up FMCG suppliers to a Q.Checkout subscription daily, we are looking for a sales operation sales operation superstar to support the team is creating a seamless process from contract to invoice generation and payment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ownership of sales record-keeping: ensure that sales contract data is up-to-date, complete and accurate
  • Reporting: develop and deliver timely opportunity pipeline, campaign and performance reporting, using CRM tools such as Hubspot, at times combined with other sources of data and tools
  • Important bridge between Finance, Consulting and Leadership: ‘on the front foot’ with communication, making sure that stakeholders are kept informed and finding ways to ‘lighten their load’
  • Systems Guru / continuous improvement: enjoy mastering Contracting/Sales/Finance systems and learning new ones. Develop a strong understanding of data flows between systems and actively seek opportunities to enhance processes, suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide strategic support for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
  • Build, iterate, and automate financial reports, metrics, and scorecards and presentations to support short and long-term planning

About you:

  • 1-2 years experience relevant experience
  • Proven experience in managing stakeholders and collaborating with the business
  • Attention to detail, process
  • Experience developing new processes and process improvement
  • Enjoy being part of a collaborative & supportive team environment
  • Clear thinker and communicator
  • Enjoy mastering ERP/Finance/CRM systems and learning new ones
  • Motivated, self-starter
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and regularly changing environment
  • High attention to detail, but also able to work effectively at pace
  • Proficient with MS Suite of products, especially Excel
  • Experience with Finance, ERP & CRM systems/processes, and ideally market leading tools such as D365, Hubspot, Salesforce
