We are seeking a Growth & Performance Designer to join our team at Questrade Financial Group. As a collaborative team member, you will be responsible for creating visual systems designed to drive growth and performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital/performance design, motion fluency, data literacy, and technical skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in digital/performance design
- Motion fluency in AE or adjacent animation tools
- Data literacy and comfort with looking at a dashboard
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with landing page builders (Webflow, Framer) is a major plus
