As the Director of Marketing Growth Strategy and Journey Design, you will be responsible for bridging marketing strategy with brand media execution, designing multi-touch, behavior-driven journeys, and identifying high-impact opportunities to improve milestone progression and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in growth, consumer journey strategy, lifecycle strategy, performance storytelling, and/or experimentation in the marketing sector
- Experience designing multiple-channel customer journeys
- Strong understanding of behavioral triggers and customer psychology
