Director of Business Development

Raba Kistner, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development to join their team in the greater Lafayette, LA marketplace. The primary responsibility is to meet or exceed growth targets for the governmental sector in the Greater Houston marketplace for all applicable Raba Kistner service lines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Ten (10) + years’ experience successfully developing, managing and executing sales programs required
• At least three (3) years serving the city, county, state sector highly preferred
• Valid driver’s license within the applicable jurisdiction and meet company’s auto insurability requirements
• Intermediate Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, etc.
• CRM and various lead generation and tracking systems
