Sales Lead

As a Sales Lead, you will be a leader in helping the store achieve sales goals, working with the entire Sales Team to ensure Customer Care compliance, and maintaining the exit location to prevent loss and ensure proper sales procedures. You will also assist with training and developing sales staff, promote a positive work environment, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Work safely at all times
• Good people skills with an outgoing friendly positive attitude
• Able to work retail hours including overtime, weekends and holidays
• Reliable means of transportation
• Be able to read, write, and speak in the English language
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Be proficient in automotive part/product identification
• Follow company dress code policy
• Previous experience in a retail environment preferred but not required
