As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers for Rail-Flow products and managing sales pipeline, sales management, product, and partner development. You will also identify opportunities for further development of existing products and create partnerships to expand marketing or use of Rail-Flow solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in selling B2B software
- Strong team skills, negotiation skills, and persistence
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent listening, presentation, and communication skills
- Good interpersonal sensitivity
- Knowledge in intermodal logistics is a plus
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish
