Raintree Systems is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to lead the revenue engine, aligning sales, marketing, and customer success into a unified system. The role involves overseeing revenue operations, data integrity, and strategic planning to drive growth. This is a fully remote position reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of expertise in SaaS sales, with at least 3-5 years in a dedicated RevOps role.
- A track record of leading RevOps functions at other high-growth SaaS businesses.
- Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications are preferred.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Analytical rigor with ability to convert complex data into actionable strategy.
- 3+ years of experience using Salesforce with an admin-level skillset.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
