Chief Revenue Officer – Contact Centre SaaS

Scale a Disruptive Tech Startup | Remote | £110K – £150K Base + Commission + Equity

Our client is flipping traditional performance management on its head. Inspired by the power and widespread adoption of B2C apps, our platform empowers frontline teams and leaders in contact centres — moving away from outdated, top-down systems to something smarter, faster and more human while leveraging AI Value-Add.

They’re well-funded, growing and ready to scale. With a strong reference base in the utilities and financial services contact centre space, we’re now looking to accelerate our expansion in existing markets and adjacent sectors.

With a proven ROI of 10-15x, our tech is lean, modular, and making serious waves in the world of operational performance. We’re looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead them through the next phase of growth. This is very much a hands-on role — we need a Player-Coach who can roll up their sleeves and close deals, while evolving the GTM strategy. You’ll also have a small team to drive results.

The Opportunity

  • Drive £1M+ new logo revenue annually via end-to-end sales (£75K–£100K deals, £200K avg ACV) and consultative pipeline building.
  • Develop vision-led GTM strategy; leverage ROI to expand beyond contact centres and identify new market opportunities.
  • Own digital marketing: strategy, content, campaigns, thought leadership, messaging refinement, and insight-driven brand/demand generation.
  • Build and lead sales team of 4 (with future expansion); align cross-functionally with marketing, product, and client development.
  • Develop channel/partnership relationships; create product/pricing strategies; manage revenue forecasting and pipeline/performance reporting.
  • Act as brand ambassador: represent at events/conferences, build trust in client/partner relationships via authentic engagement.

You Have

  • A track record of B2B SaaS growth in Contact Centre technology
  • Experience as a dynamic, hands-on Player-Coach in revenue roles
  • Experience with consultative, business-case led complex sales
  • Meticulous systems for opportunity qualification and deal-shaping with C-Suite and C-Suite -1
  • An extensive personal network that fast-tracks senior stakeholder engagement in target accounts
  • The gravitas to support and lead high-impact technical and commercial dialogue
