Role Overview

We are responsible for creating customer touchpoints in physical channels and driving business growth, with a core focus on the operation of Rakuten Mobile shops. The Shop Operation Section serves as the strategic hub for store operations, handling everything from building the physical store network and supporting back-end call center functions to developing systems and device products that streamline in-store tasks.

What You Will Do

Analyze market area data, competitor information, and existing store performance to plan and formulate store opening strategies that maximize ROI. Visualize store development progress and profitability, and build dashboards/reports to enable management to make rapid and accurate decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience in formulating business strategies, sales strategies, store opening strategies, or operational improvement measures based on quantitative data
  • Practical experience in data processing and analysis using SQL, BI tools, and Excel
  • Experience in translating analysis results into improvement actions or decision-making proposals and presenting them to relevant departments and management
  • Experience in driving projects or initiatives while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • TOEIC score of 600 or higher
