As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a central role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation by transforming complex business and client data into clear, actionable insights. You will work closely with stakeholders across Business Units, BI teams, and leadership, contributing to strategic initiatives, commercial, and operational excellence efforts, as well as client programmes.
Requirements
- Turning complex business data into actionable insights by collecting, validating, analysing, and presenting data that supports strategic initiatives, commercial- and operational excellence
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation, including Business Units, Key Account Management teams and BI teams to ensure insights are relevant, trusted, and decision ready.
- Maintaining, testing and improving dashboards and reports in Power BI and CRM to strengthen transparency, data quality and adoption of analytical tools across the business.
