RateHawk is part of Emerging Travel Group and we are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales efforts, forge strategic partnerships, and expand our client base. The role involves developing and implementing sales activities, signing up new partners, and building strong relationships with existing partners. This is a remote vacancy open to candidates residing in Colombia.
Requirements
- 3+ years of successful experience in the full sales life cycle, with a focus on business development and account management in the travel industry.
- In-depth understanding of the country’s travel market, including travel trade networks (travel agencies, tour operators).
- Familiarity with API integration and technology sales & deals.
- Ambitious, proactive, results-oriented, comfortable in fast-paced environments, creative problem-solving.
- Data-driven, tech-savvy, experience using KPIs to track success.
- Adaptability to multicultural environments, reflecting our global presence.
- High level of accountability.
- Ability to develop and implement creative solutions to challenges.
