The Sales Operations Support Intern supports the Sales, Program, and Aftermarket teams with basic administrative and data entry tasks related to customer orders and sales tracking in an aerospace environment.
Requirements
- Assist with organizing and cataloging existing Aftermarket contracts
- Support review of contract documents to ensure files are complete and properly stored
- Help create and maintain contract tracking spreadsheets or logs
- Assist in developing and documenting a basic contract management workflow
- Support proposal and contract administration tasks under supervision
- Help prepare contract-related documentation and summaries as directed
- Conduct basic research on contract terms or administrative requirements as assigned
- Support special projects related to process improvement and documentation
