Business Development Manager / Property Manager (Hybrid)

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager/Property Manager to lead our new property management team in Victoria Park, Perth. You will have autonomy to grow the rent roll while maintaining high standards of service. Competitive base $85k-$95k, plus uncapped earning potential and generous commission structure.

Requirements

• Experience in Property Management and Business Development within the WA market
• Current WA Property Management Registration or Real Estate License
• Familiarity with the Victoria Park/South Perth area
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
