FP&A Senior Supervisor

RayaCX is seeking a highly skilled and experienced FP&A Senior Supervisor to oversee financial planning and analysis activities, providing strategic recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and presenting to senior management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
