Role Overview

RealPage is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to join the Front Office – Screening BI and Data Warehouse team. This role owns the SQL Server–based reporting, ETL, and data warehouse codebase that powers screening operations, billing, compliance, and customer-facing reports across the Screening business.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages, SSRS reports, and T-SQL code; diagnose and resolve production data and report issues; tune query and package performance; model and evolve relational schemas; manage environment and configuration changes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience building and supporting production Data Warehouse, ETL, and Reporting systems
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
  • Strong experience authoring and maintaining SSIS packages in Visual Studio
  • Strong experience designing and maintaining SSRS reports
  • Solid relational data modeling skills
  • Experience operating in a regulated environment
  • Comfort with ticket-driven Kanban delivery and PR-based change management in Azure DevOps / GitHub
  • Strong analytical and root-cause analysis skills
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding

Benefits

  • Pay Range: USD $105,800.00 – USD $180,200.00 /Yr.
