Realtor.com is seeking an Analytics Engineer to own the full data layer of the HR Performance & Goal Management (PM/GM) data product, working in close partnership with the App Developer and People & Talent stakeholders.
Requirements
- Design and implement RBAC architecture in Snowflake supporting five role tiers
- Build and maintain data models for PM/GM tables, calibration history, audit logs, and the 4-point metric schema
- Manage the nightly UKG data feed and integrate revenue goal data from existing Snowflake sources
- Implement GDPR/CCPA data anonymization logic and enforce Snowflake access policy governance
