Realtor.com is a leading real estate tech company looking for a Customer Success Manager, Retention to join their team in Scottsdale, AZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving retention issues, and meeting or exceeding minimum retention goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience with a focus on customer retention strategies
  • Thorough knowledge of a consultative or solutions-based sales process
  • Familiarity with the real-estate landscape and advertising products and services
  • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
  • Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Outlook required
