Requirements
- 3+ years of FMCG sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills to develop win-win sales plans
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Customer/consumer focus
- Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
- Resilience and determination to overcome objections
- Business-minded approach
- English language skills (not required but a plus)
