Brand Manager – OTC

We are looking for a Brand Manager to drive growth of assigned brands in the market by leading execution of brand marketing for a brand in line with country commercial strategy.

Requirements

  • Responsible for the achievement of financial and market share targets for a brand or group of brands in the market.
  • Work across functions including Area, supply, sales and finance to develop and execute successful commercial plans in order to deliver financial and share plans and targets.
  • Manage initiative development and activation of any local brands in the portfolio including development of new products, consumer and shopper communications.
  • Follow the market dynamics and competition with research reports and prepare analysis based on data. Develop recommendations and action plans accordingly.
  • Generate and propose business development initiatives (BDIs) for the brand(s) based on consumer, shopper and market understanding.
  • Work with Trade Marketing Team as required in the implementation of the store-format activation plans or optimize product assortment and promotional strategy.
  • Responsible for the development of Assistant Brand Manager.
  • Work with Sales Team to create customer presentations and meet customer requirements.
  • Devise short- & long-term brand strategy in response to market facts and in line with global brand positioning.
