We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Manager to work with a fast-paced team calling on CVS Corporate. As a Junior Key Account Manager for Household (Lysol & Finish) and External Pain (Biofreeze) on CVS, you will be a crucial member of the team executing multi-year plans through strong negotiations. You will oversee the achievement of customer and channel plans by overseeing all aspects of best-in-class 4P execution in market. Requirements
- Develop and manage strategic customer partnerships with buyers, aligning on mutual business objectives and driving category growth.
- Execute strategic account plans and manage customer negotiations to achieve commercial goals, including trade investment, revenue, and margin targets.
- Produce actionable insights and reporting that influence sales strategies, track performance, and support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with trade marketing, brand marketing, demand planning, and category management to deliver best-in-class 4P execution and category strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
- Create compelling sales stories and presentations tailored for internal and external stakeholders to drive engagement and alignment.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, profitability, and overall category management processes.
