Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will partner closely with the Finance Manager and cross-functional leaders to oversee budget management, forecasting, and performance analysis across Operations, RBCD, CAPEX, and Indirect Costs.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a controlling/FP&A role, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
• Experience supporting budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis across operations and indirect costs.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, complex formulas, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Demonstrated ownership, curiosity, and an entrepreneurial, continuous-improvement mindset.
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence and data visualization tools is an asset.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Background in consumer goods, operations, or distribution environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university.
• CPA designation or progress toward a professional accounting designation.
