As a Customer Success Manager at Andesite, you will be one of the first hires shaping the Customer Success function from the ground up. You will partner directly with Security Operations teams to drive adoption, demonstrate value, and influence the evolution of our product.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-facing roles in the SaaS environment
