Requirements
- Manage a portfolio of relationships across financial institutions and digital banks
- Shaping strategies, analyzing performance, and driving initiatives
- Ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours
- Strong analytical skills, experience using Excel and data visualization tools (Looker/Tableau)
- Experience using CRM tools to automate workflows and scale operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships through performance analysis and outcome-based decision-making
