We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who’s part strategist, part operator, and fully invested in helping partners grow.

Requirements

  • Manage a portfolio of relationships across financial institutions and digital banks
  • Shaping strategies, analyzing performance, and driving initiatives
  • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours
  • Strong analytical skills, experience using Excel and data visualization tools (Looker/Tableau)
  • Experience using CRM tools to automate workflows and scale operations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships through performance analysis and outcome-based decision-making
