About the Role

As Head of Revenue Operations, you will lead the end-to-end revenue operations strategy, aligning sales, pricing, forecasting, analytics, and process optimisation to maximise revenue performance and operational efficiency. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to build scalable processes, strengthen revenue integrity, and drive data-informed decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue operations strategy and execution to optimise revenue streams, forecasting and reporting.
  • Partner with Sales and GTM leaders to improve pipeline visibility, CRM adoption, and performance metrics.
  • Drive process improvements across quoting, pricing, billing, renewals and forecasting workflows.
  • Build and maintain scalable operational systems, dashboards and KPIs that provide real-time insight.
  • Ensure data integrity, alignment with financial planning and operational excellence across revenue-generating functions.

About You

  • Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in revenue operations, sales operations, commercial operations, or similar roles.
  • Strong business acumen with experience translating operational data into strategic insights.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling teams.
  • High proficiency with CRM and revenue reporting platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to influence at all levels of an organisation.
  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining a strong operational focus.
