Role Overview
The Supervisor oversees day-to-day management of a group of sales/appointment setters, ensuring overall campaign performance, client expectations, and operational excellence are achieved.
What You Will Do
Event & Group Sales: Selling party and corporate events, and group outings. Membership Sales: Promotion and closing of recurring membership packages. Drive overall campaign performance and delivery.

Requirements
- 2+ years in call center operations (sales or appointment setting required)
