We are seeking a People Operations Partner & Workplace Assistant to join our team in Hyderabad, India. The role will be responsible for managing the operations of the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and more. The Workplace Team oversees reception and office operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a People Operations role
- Relevant experience includes supporting employees on Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR support
- Working knowledge of India employment legislation and HR Compliance requirements
- Experience of international employment law in Australia would be desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail execution at pace
- Methodical approach to work
- Exceptional communication skills
