RegASK is seeking an experienced Salesforce Operations Specialist to join their remote team. This role is crucial for managing the GTM strategy, optimizing the tech stack, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce expertise, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. They will be responsible for Salesforce and HubSpot configuration, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and maintenance in a B2B SaaS company
- Expertise in Salesforce customization (workflows, dashboards, reports)
- Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with external tools
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Looker/Tableau/PowerBI)
- Familiarity with sales and marketing funnel metrics and tooling
- Experience using Jira for project management (preferred)
- Salesforce Administrator certification (strongly preferred)
