At Qualtrics, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in Sydney to lead a high-performing team of 8 Account Executives across the ANZ region. The role is critical to driving new revenue and expanding Qualtrics’ presence by coaching and mentoring skilled sales professionals.
Requirements
- Proven sales leader with 6-8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience and experience managing sales teams
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding team quotas through data-driven coaching and team management
- Experience negotiating and closing complex contracts involving multiple stakeholders
- Skilled in MEDDIC or equivalent sales methodologies and Salesforce.com proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to influence at all organisational levels
