Directs programs and personnel involved in Account Executive activities related to the Company, promoting the Company mission, vision, and values. Responsible for hiring, orienting, training, and evaluating performance of staff involved in Account Executive activities.
Requirements
- 2 years of progressive health care sales experience
- 1 year of management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, lay and professional public, Board of Directors, Advisory Board, and Medical Director
