Requirements
- Build, QA, and launch lifecycle campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels using Iterable and Chameleon.
- Set up audience segmentation and dynamic content using business logic, behavioral triggers, and data synced through Hightouch.
- Support the creation and optimization of lifecycle campaigns that guide customers through key moments, from first sign-up through onboarding, product activation, and ongoing engagement.
- Maintain and improve campaign documentation in Notion, including lifecycle journey maps, experiment specs, and performance logs.
- Pull and interpret campaign performance data (open rates, CTR, conversions, product adoption) to surface insights and recommend next steps.
- Support campaign calendar management across channels to ensure all communications are properly scheduled, reviewed, and launched on time.
- Streamline and improve operational processes: template setup, copy/creative loading, tracking parameters, and QA checklists.
- Conduct competitor research and industry trend analysis to inform lifecycle improvements and bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Collaborate with Product Growth, Data, and Engineering to ensure audience accuracy, trigger reliability, and event instrumentation.
