We are seeking an Account Manager – New Business Development to drive growth across clinical and higher education institutions in South Australia, the Australian Capital Territory, Tasmania, and the Pacific Islands.
Requirements
- Proven success in strategic account management and solution-based selling
- Demonstrated experience in new-business development, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work toward shared goals
- Experience selling complex, consultative, or value-based solutions
- Knowledge of healthcare and/or academic markets
- Clinical experience or qualifications highly regarded
- Ability to build credibility and influence at all organisational levels
- Process-driven with strong commercial, analytical, and planning skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Experience working in an international or matrixed organisation (advantageous)
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
