Account Manager – New Business

We are seeking an Account Manager – New Business Development to drive growth across clinical and higher education institutions in South Australia, the Australian Capital Territory, Tasmania, and the Pacific Islands.

Requirements

  • Proven success in strategic account management and solution-based selling
  • Demonstrated experience in new-business development, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work toward shared goals
  • Experience selling complex, consultative, or value-based solutions
  • Knowledge of healthcare and/or academic markets
  • Clinical experience or qualifications highly regarded
  • Ability to build credibility and influence at all organisational levels
  • Process-driven with strong commercial, analytical, and planning skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Experience working in an international or matrixed organisation (advantageous)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
