As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our platform. You’ll be responsible for onboarding, retaining, and growing customer accounts, working directly with clients to solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role
- Experience in B2B SaaS or the construction industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
- Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new software platforms quickly
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
