Requirements
- 5–7+ years in Revenue Operations, CRM consulting, or GTM systems leadership (B2B SaaS or agency experience preferred)
- Deep hands-on expertise in HubSpot (certifications required)
- Proven track record of designing and scaling RevOps systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and forecasting models
- Experience leading RevOps teams and mentoring junior talent
- Ability to manage integrations with tools like Salesforce, Zapier, Google Ads, Clearbit, etc.
- Fluent English, excellent client-facing communication
- Latin American residency (e.g. USA, Canada, UK) required
