As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will own the acquisition and evaluation funnel from first touch through workspace/evaluation signup, with a clear handoff to the PLG team post-signup. You will serve as the campaign backbone for quarterly initiatives — turning qualitative personas and performance data into clear segmentation, targeted nurture journeys, and funnel improvements.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in growth marketing for B2B SaaS (or comparable product-led funnels)
- Proven ability to design segmentation and nurture journeys that drive measurable conversion improvements
- Strong experimentation skills (hypothesis design, test execution, analysis, decision-making)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with dashboards and attribution (tooling specifics flexible)
- Experience partnering with marketing ops, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Fluent English, written and verbal
